We have added another Transition Hythe workshop (alongside those coming up for spinning and vertical gardening). On Sunday 29 July, from 3pm, Transition Hythe member, Helen, will give an introduction to sourdough baking, with the free workshop allowing attendees to  bake a small loaf/roll and to gain enough experience and knowledge to get started in this fun and productive form of baking. Participants are asked to bring a lidded container (such as a 500g margarine pot).

Helen will host the workshop at her home in Newington, just outside Hythe (off the A20) and can accommodate up to six participants. If there is demand, she is happy to repeat the workshop.
